How can Europe scale Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) while ensuring a fair and future-ready workforce? This interactive side event at the European Transport Conference 2026 invites participants to explore exactly that.

Building on insights from the EU-funded RESKILLING project, the workshop will bring together stakeholders from research, industry, politics, and civil society to co-create inclusive pathways for CCAM deployment. Through a structured, hands-on format using the Social Ecosystem Model, participants will collaboratively develop future scenarios that integrate technological innovation with social innovation, reskilling, and lifelong learning.

The session offers a great opportunity to exchange perspectives and expertise, identify key drivers of change, and translate ideas into actionable/realistic strategies for sustainable and equitable mobility transformation in the context of scaling CCAM solutions.
