BE OPEN Workshop – Open Science in Transport: challenges and way forward

BE OPEN - European forum and oBsErvatory for OPEN science in transport - is an H2020 CSA project which started in January 2019 (30 months). It aims to create a common understanding on the practical impact of Open Science and to identify and put in place the mechanisms to make it a reality in transport research.

This is the first workshop of the project which will be organised in relation to the activities of WP1 “Open Science framework and stakeholders’ views” and WP2 “Mapping of existing Open Science sources in transport”.

BE OPEN partners are looking forward to engaging stakeholders into the discussion around the Open Science in Transport and, more particularly, around the terminology for Open Science understanding and the needs of the different modes of transport regarding Open Science in Transport.
