ETC 2019: Transport Economics, Finance and Appraisal sessions announced!

This year’s TEFA programme is particularly diverse, with a range of papers covering the whole project cycle from appraisal strategies to delivery and ex-post project evaluation.

It includes two sessions on new components and techniques in appraisal plus further ones on combined appraisal across land-use and transport and on related issues in energy and emissions. It also includes sessions on aviation, land-use/economic impacts and on the use of econometric methods, particularly in relation to the assessment of property market impacts of transport improvement.

The Rail and Freight Committees’ programmes offer further sessions of relevance to transport economics and appraisal. Overall, we believe this will be a particularly interesting conference for all professionals and researchers with interests in transport economics and appraisal.
